This Tree Houses’ elaborate angled layout exceeds any Tree House yet.  Its charming Tudor style design is pure class.  The Calypso took nearly two years to complete, finishing just in time for our 2008 Season.

You access this Tree House by a bridge that forms a small deck around the front. Well insulated, with a heater and ceiling fan, the Calypso rents year round. It is equipped with a toilet, hot & cold water sink, a small refrigerator and a hot water pot. There is one Queen sized bed.

The Rates for all our Tree Houses are the same. In the 'Summer Months' the cost is $240 plus 1% tax per night, double occupancy. There is a two night minimum from May 25th to September 15th Please see Rates for more information. Phils Super Breakfast is included!

'Winter Months' the Rate is $225 plus 1% tax double occupancy. We offer better rates the longer you stay. This includes Breakfast, not to be missed!

*Winter rentals are subject to inclement weather conditions, as per Josephine County Building and Safety. Inclement Weather is defined as 12 or more hours of sub-freezing weather during each 24 hour day. Our Treehouses meet our standards for winter rental however, to be able to offer them we must inform you of this, to comply with the criteria and maintain our conditional use permit.
