This Tree Houses’ elaborate angled layout exceeds any Tree House yet. Its charming Tudor style design is pure class. The Calypso took nearly two years to complete, finishing just in time for our 2008 Season. You access this Tree House by a bridge that forms a small deck around the front. Well insulated, with a heater and ceiling fan, the Calypso rents year round. It is equipped with a toilet, hot & cold water sink, a small refrigerator and a hot water pot. There is one Queen sized bed. This Treehouse sleeps two, adults only.

In the 'Summer Months' the cost is $260 per night, double occupancy. There is a two night minimum from May 15th to September 11th. Please see Rates page for more information. 'Winter Months' The longer you stay the less you pay.

*Winter Rentals are subject to Inclement Weather as per Josephine County Building and Safety. Inclement Weather is defined as 12 or more hours of sub-freezing weather during each 24 hour day. Our Treehouses meet our standards for winter rental however, to be able to offer them we must inform you of this, to comply with the criteria and maintain our conditional use permit.
