This Tree House rents year round. It is equipped with a ½ bath and two full sized beds, one in the Loft and one below. Showers are located at the main guest facility next to the main house. There is a small refrigerator located in the Cottage and a hot pot to heat water. Cooking is prohibited in all Tree Houses or anywhere near the them. A gas BBQ is located at the main house for your cooking needs.

In the 'Summer Months' the cost is $250 per night, double occupancy. $25 per person per night for extra people. Max capacity is four. There is a two night minimum from May 15th to September 11th, please see Rates for more information.

'Winter Months' the longer you stay the less you pay.

*Inquire if your party has more than four people, Tree Houses do have limitations. Parties of five $320 per night. No charge for children under age two.

*Winter Rentals are subject to Inclement Weather as per Josephine County Building and Safety. Inclement Weather is defined as 12 or more hours of sub-freezing weather during each 24 hour day. Our Treehouses meet our standards for winter rental however, to be able to offer them we must inform you of this, to comply with the criteria and maintain our conditional use permit.
