This Elopement Package can be reserved anytime. (Treehouse, to be determined.) Ceremony can be at one of several places on the property or in a Treehouse. Includes a Two night stay with Breakfast. Two Witnesses, Officiant, Champagne, Sparkling Wine or Cider. Price: $1,260 - $1,660 * Reserve with a $400 Non refundable but deductible deposit.

 

HIBISCUS

This Elopement Package can be reserved anytime. (if available) You will be staying in the ExcaliFIR Treehouse. Includes a One or Two night stay with Breakfast for the Bride and Groom, Officiant to perform the Ceremony in the Treehouse, Champagne, Sparkling Wine or Cider Toast. 3 Hours with up to Four Guests - $1,480 for One Night - $1,860 for Two Nights. 3 Hours with up to Six Guests - $1,680 for One Night - $2,060 for Two Nights. ($150 each for additional Guests. Max capacity is Ten, including Bride and Groom) Reserve with $400 for 1 night or $600 for 2 nights, non refundable but deductible Deposit and a $250 Refundable Damage Deposit in the form of a Check or Credit Card Hold.

 

BLOSSOM

This Elopement Package is available during our “Off Season” time-frame. It includes Officiant to perform Ceremony in a Treehouse, or elsewhere on the property depending on the weather, Champagne, Sparkling Wine or Cider Toast, And Overnight Lodging with Breakfast for the Bride & Groom and Two, Four, or Six overnight Guests. Deposits are non refundable but deductible from the Total. A $250 Refundable Damage Deposit in the form of a Check or Credit Card Hold is required. Please inquire for additional information regarding Children, Additional Insurance, Damage Deposit, etc. $1,740 - Two Overnight Guests with Breakfast - $600 Deposit. $2,220 - Four Overnight Guests with Breakfast - $800 Deposit. $2,660 - Six Overnight Guests with Breakfast - $1,000 Deposit. ‘Bride & Groom’ can stay another night, before or after the ceremony, in the ExcaliFIR for an additional $300

Additional people @ $150 each. Max Capacity is Ten, 'Including the Bride and Groom'. (additional second night stays incur the regular stay rate in any treehouse, including the ExcaliFIR) Weight Limits will be strictly Enforced. Please be aware, we have NO Outdoor Facilities for your Ceremony. If weather complicates your plans, there will be NO Refunds.

Calypso Treehouse

With flushing toilet, hot water sink, and Queen bed, Shares a bath house with two separate showers, toilets, and sinks.

Cottage Treehouse

With flushing toilet, hot water sink, and two Full sized beds, one in a loft, one on main floor. There is a door on the bathroom. Shares a bath house with two separate showers, toilets, and sinks.

Shiitake Treehouse

With flushing toilet, hot water sink, and two Full sized beds both in a loft you reach by climbing a ladder. There is a privacy curtain around the bathroom. *In the event of freezing temperatures, this treehouse is winterized. Shares a bath house with two separate showers, toilets, and sinks.

ExcaliFIR Treehouse

With flushing toilet, hot water sink(s) in bathroom and kitchenette area, private shower, microwave, and flat screen TV. Two Full size beds upstairs, a Full fold out and Single fold out below.
